The Neighbourhood Officer will act as a key interface with tenants, delivering a range of housing support services, helping to build sustainable communities, and ensuring the environments within and around our properties and estates are clean and safe.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

• Good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include English and Maths (at a minimum of Grade C) plus at least 1 years experience (within the last 3 years) OREnglish and Maths GCSE (at a minimum of Grade C) or equivalentand at least 2 years experience of working in a local community environment.

Minimum 1 years experience working to address anti-community behaviour and issues.

Experience of partnership working with voluntary, community and statutory agencies.

Relevant recent experience in a housing/social/care/welfare caretaking role.

Awareness and recent experience of issues impacting on community development and knowledge of Housing Associations and services provided.

A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
