We are looking for a Network Data Solutions Delivery Engineer to lead mobile network product delivery projects, with a focus on next-generation optimization techniques using our Network Automation Solutions. The role serves as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the engagement. This is an in-office position based in Reading/Newbury.
Job Description:
- Partner with customer mobile network teams on network performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide onsite and remote support to the customer, and channel field feedback to the product, integration, and support teams.
- Build custom dashboards and automated reports covering key network and business KPIs across multiple use cases.
- Participate in technical meetings, monitor product performance, and track customer requirements.
- Prepare and issue technical guidelines and the findings of technical studies.
- Prepare and issue both engineering-level and executive-level reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of telecom domain KPIs and parameters across Radio, Core, and Transmission.
- Previous experience at Vodafone UK or Three UK within Service Assurance or Quality Reporting functions is a plus.
