Description

Here at Harvey Nash, our long-standing client is looking to recruit a Network Engineer with exposure to security environments to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will support an ongoing cyber transformation and play a central part in strengthening the security of the enterprise network.

You’ll join an established team during a period of modernisation, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure and Cyber Security, to support the business in designing and delivering modern and robust network security controls.

This role will also take the lead on several key projects, including Network Access Control, Web Application Firewalls and the ownership of solution design, deployment, and reporting. You will help ensure the organisation’s network remains secure, well segmented, and resilient.

I’m looking to speak with candidates who have experience with enterprise networking technologies, including switches, routers, wireless, and firewalls. Knowledge of VPN and VLAN design is also important. Experience with Aruba ClearPass and/or Fortinet technologies would be desirable.
