We are hiring a Conveyancing Paralegal to take the lead on New Build Conveyancing transactions. This is a role with real scope to not only help drive the department forward but also progress your own professional development. The Role
As a New Build Conveyancing Paralegal you will be managing your own caseload of New Build purchase transactions and associated sales from the initial instruction to the final completion stage. You will work closely with the team to expedite cases efficiently, upholding high client service standards. Additionally, you will liaise with our valued clients, understanding their requirements, and managing all cases in line with service level agreements and industry best practices.
You will have 1-1 support with a dedicated Legal Executive who will assist you in all the administrative aspects of your cases along with a dedicated team of Legal Assistants who work across the department. There are experienced Solicitors within the department to support you when required.
Candidates should be client focused and proactive with a positive attitude and a flexible approach. They will be a strong team player, capable of showcasing a deep understanding of New Build transactions.
