Hours: Four sessions/PA’s per month or 0.1WTE

Applications for the above post are invited from enthusiastic, well organised individuals who are experienced education leads/facilitators and have an interest in educational programmes to support the development needs of clinicians in the North of Scotland (NoS) Trauma Network. Applicants must be a healthcare professional registered with a relevant professional body, with extensive skills and experience in the provision of trauma care and provision of education.
This post creates an exciting opportunity to provide dedicated leadership in the development and facilitation of the education and learning of staff in order to provide responsive, high quality and sustainable major trauma care across the NoS.
The post holder will work closely with a support post (also 0.1wte or 4 PAs per month) complementing the expertise provided by this lead post. The two posts will work together to provide dedicated clinical lea

dership to develop and oversee the delivery of an education programme which focuses on the needs of professionals across the trauma patient pathway within the NoS Trauma Network. Collaboration is required with the NoS Trauma Network Clinical Lead and Manager and relevant staff within the Network which comprises of NHS Grampian, NHS Highland, NHS Orkney, NHS Shetland and NHS Western Isles.
