Location: Primarily home working based with notional Office Base at County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich.
Hours: 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE). Actual days worked are negotiable but would usually fall within Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with occasional evening and weekend work.

The Norfolk Safeguarding Children Partnership (NSCP) brings together agencies across the county to ensure children are safe, supported, and thriving. Our Safer Programme plays a vital role in equipping voluntary, community, and sports organisations with the knowledge and tools they need to protect children.
We’re looking for a Safer Programme Co-Ordinator – a dynamic, passionate professional ready to take the lead on this highly valued initiative. This is your chance to shape the future of safeguarding training and guidance for the programme.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the day-to-day management of the Safer Programme.
- Design and deliver impactful training that responds to emerging safeguarding themes.
- Provide expert advice to organisations on policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with trainers, partners, and community groups.
What We’re Looking For
- A relevant degree and experience in multi-agency safeguarding.
- A deep understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies, and best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel across Norfolk.
