Location: Hybrid to Medigold's Southampton clinic, with travel to client sites as required

One moment you may be offering calm, practical advice to a client navigating a difficult sickness absence case, and the next you could be advising pension trustees reviewing a complex ill health retirement claim, or supporting the implementation of a company health surveillance programme. The role you’ll be doing:

• Providing medical advice to a wide range of private and public sector organisations nationwide, from pre-placement through sickness absence to ill health retirement.

What you’ll need:

• Qualified Occupational Health Physician with DipOccMed/ AFOM/ MFOM/ FFOM on the GMC register with a current licence to practise.
• Demonstrable experience in occupational health, preferably including absence case management, fitness for work assessments, and health surveillance.
• Good understanding of relevant workplace health and safety legislation, employment law and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
