Nottinghamshire County Council recognises the essential contribution which Occupational Therapists make towards supporting people to live their lives as independently as possible; and this new OT post has been created to expand our north in-house Reablement Team.

The successful candidate will join our large supportive team which provides short-term, strengths-based reablement to people on discharge from hospital. Our OT staff also outreach into external short term home care services to expand the range of reablement provision.

Our office base is at Welbeck House Sherwood Energy Village, Ollerton, NG22 9FF, and covers the two Districts of Bassetlaw and Newark & Sherwood.

There is excellent clinical supervision and support from colleagues, including the Advanced Practitioner OT and the Team Manager OT.

NCC provides generous annual leave, extensive training opportunities and staff benefits, including hybrid working with advanced IT provision.

These post are graded at Hay Bands A and B; grades will awarded based on relevant experience.

Feel free to contact the Team Manager Denise Anderson-Moll if you would like any further information on 01158041542 or [email protected].
