About the role:
The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth, safe and efficient running of our shared office space across four agencies.
This role combines operational excellence with people-first thinking. The successful candidate will create an organised, welcoming and well-managed environment where teams can do their best work.
The role requires strong organisation, discretion, initiative and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative setting.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Environment
- First point of contact for all guests and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming guests.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office across all agencies
- Ensure the workspace is professional, organised, safe and inspiring
- Manage reception, meeting rooms and shared spaces
- Coordinate office layout changes and desk planning
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Liaise with building management and external contractors
Facilities & Compliance
- Manage health & safety requirements and documentation
- Coordinate risk assessments and workplace compliance
