We need welcoming, caring and reliable Onboard Sales and Services Assistants – people who ensure guests have such a wonderful experience onboard that they cannot wait to sail with us again.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cabins: Ensuring cabins are cleaned thoroughly and in excellent condition prior to our guests’ arrival on board.
  • Restaurants: Delivering prompt and friendly service, clearing tables and washing dishes to maintain high standards.
  • Shops: Serving customers confidently, operating tills and ensuring retail areas are tidy, stocked and welcoming.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting service standards and CSS goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, including safety, food safety, quality and customer experience models.
  • Support stock and cash control procedures, minimising wastage, shrinkage and fraud.
  • Maintain merchandising plans across all locations.
  • Represent the company proudly by adhering to uniform and personal presentation standards.
  • Create a welcoming ambience and maintain overall vessel appearance.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support operational tasks across various locations and departments as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the vessel.
  • Maximise sales and gross profit by aligning activities with KPI targets.

    Requirements

    • Experience in hospitality, customer service, housekeeping or catering (preferred)
    • Over 18 years old
    • Willing to work away from home for up to two weeks at a time
    • Flexible to work round trips and live off the ships when required
    • Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Holyhead
    • UK National Insurance number and UK Bank Account
