The Role: As an Onboarding Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring new customers have a seamless onboarding experience. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of administration, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a first-class customer experience by completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Excellent verbal and written customer service skills.

- Previous experience in administration or telephone based customer service is desirable
