TutorChase is a leading online tutoring company and education platform. We’ve helped over 50,000 students excel in their studies and gain admission to top universities worldwide. Rated the #1 online tutoring platform in the UK, we are expanding our team to support high-achieving students preparing for competitive university admissions.
We’re looking for tutors to join our growing online team with a focus on TARA (Test of Academic Reasoning for Admissions), a newer admissions test designed to assess academic reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analysis for highly competitive courses.
As TARA is only in its second year of use, we’re especially keen to hear from tutors with experience teaching related admissions tests, rather than expecting direct TARA tutoring experience. You can teach from anywhere, with flexible hours ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week.
We’re especially interested in tutors with:
✔ Strong experience teaching related admissions tests, such as TSA and other comparable university admissions assessments
✔ An interest in and willingness to specialise in TARA, a newer admissions test now used for certain university applications
✔ A background in a highly academic subject at a top university, such as PPE, Economics, Human Sciences, Experimental Psychology, or another relevant discipline
✔ Proven ability to support students targeting Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, LSE, and other top universities
✔ Confidence teaching critical thinking, problem-solving, logical reasoning, and exam technique
