As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards pf cleanliness, hygiene, waste management and other contractual tasks at out client's sites. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and waste management are consistently achieved
- Complete budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations
- Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
- Control staff rosters, payroll, and manning levels
- Significant experience in operations management
- Proven track record in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Experience in budget forecasting and controlling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good IT literacy
- Health and Safety knowledge
