An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Operational Flow Lead Radiographer to join the Radiology service at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a pivotal operational role, working at the heart of Radiology to coordinate and optimise patient flow across emergency, inpatient, elective and cancer pathways. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring imaging capacity is aligned to demand, supporting safe, timely and efficient diagnostic services across the Trust.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced operational leader with:
- HCPC registered Diagnostic Radiographer
- Significant experience in an NHS or healthcare operational role
- Experience managing patient flow, demand and capacity, or service pressures
- Excellent communication, organisational and problemsolving skills
- The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- A strong commitment to patientcentred care, quality and continuous improvement
