Job Title: Operations Change Manager
Location: Agile (traveling to depots and various sites as required)
Contract Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work nights or varied hours when required
At Evri, we’re proud to be market leaders in delivery and we’re continuously investing to keep growing. We’re looking for an Operations Change Implementation Manager to join our team: someone who shares our passion for operational excellence and thrives on supporting our people directly in the live environment. This role plays a key part in delivering and embedding change across our national network, improving operational processes, strengthening compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
This is a position for someone who thrives on being in the operation every day not observing from a distance. You’ll be embedded on the floor, working side by side with teams across our Hub and Depot sites. You’ll spend the majority of your time with the operation in real time, observing and implementing live processes, problem solving directly where issues occur, and actively supporting teams to adopt and sustain new ways of working. Your role is to ensure change is not just launched, but fully lived in the operational environment, becoming part of day to day behaviours and standards.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline colleagues to senior leaders, ensuring that every change initiative is clearly communicated, understood, and consistently applied. By being physically present in the operation, you’ll support the smooth integration of changes across Evri Hub and Depot sites and help the network deliver improved performance in service, productivity, quality and customer experience.
Success in this role depends on excellent communication, strong relationship building, and a commitment to delivering high quality, consistent processes across a fast paced 24/7 logistics operation.
