Operations Coordinator

Are you highly organised, detail oriented, and confident administrator / coordinator?

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our Fleet team to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of vehicle commissioning and exchange activity across our instructor network.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Exchange Planning: Own the planning of the end to end vehicle build and exchange pipeline, aligning instructor renewals with supply chain capacity, lead times, and vehicle availability
  • Supply Chain Delivery & Commissioning: Manage the execution of vehicle orders, deliveries, and commissioning activity across suppliers, ensuring vehicles are available in line with planned exchange and renewal dates.
  • Delivery and Compliance: Ensure vehicles are insured, registered, and fully compliant with leasing agreements. Confirm that vehicles deployed within the driving school are fit for purpose, compliant, and meet end user and operational requirements.
  • Maximising Asset Efficiency: Monitor fleet utilisation and vehicle availability to maximise asset efficiency, minimise downtime, and support effective deployment across the instructor network.
  • Motor Manufacturer and Fleet Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with motor manufacturers and fleet suppliers to support vehicle supply, commissioning, and ongoing asset services.
  • Team Collaboration and Flexibility: Work closely within a small team, providing flexible support to in life fleet and remarketing activities as required.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong Excel capability, with confidence using LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting to manage, analyse, and maintain accurate data.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex information accurately.
    • Clear and professional communicator, confident working with suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records, report on progress, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • A practical problem solver who remains organised under pressure, takes ownership of tasks, and works flexibly as part of a supportive team to deliver supply chain and fleet activity.
  • Experience in supply chain coordination, fleet operations, or supplier management is desirable, along with the ability to build effective working relationships and support the delivery of change and escalating risks where required.
