We are looking for an Operations Manager to come and join the Enfield Evri family that share our passion and drive to delight our Customers.
You’ll be joining our business as a key member of the Depot Management team. The Depot Operations Manager is responsible for the performance of the operation whilst proactively seeking ways to improve cost, service & operational efficiency.
As the Depot Operations Manager you will be responsible for motivating your staff, problem solving on a day to day basis and operationally. Each Depot has challenges, but you’ll have an experienced central team, senior Managers as well as peer mentorship to support you; this support will enable you to meet your potential and grow your experience.
To support our operation and manage your site fully, We are looking for someone who is flexible across both PM and Night Shift, But more importantly you must be able to make operational and strategic decisions at pace and have the self-belief to commit to a plan of action. This is a 5/7 role which could flip between PM and NS shifts depending on time of year and workloads.
