Operations Manager | 10012 | Secondment Opportunity / Temporary Fixed Term Contract until end of March 2027| 37 hours per week | £50,166 to £54,277 per annum | Grade L | County Hall Norfolk Youth Justice Service (NYJS) is a high performing multi-agency service whose purpose is to reduce offending by children and repair the damage to victims of their crimes. We are looking to recruit someone who wants to work in a challenging but highly rewarding environment with a motivated, creative and skilled staff group. The Operations Manager reports to the Area Manager and will be responsible for the line management of practitioners from a range of disciplines and also take lead responsibility for an area/s of NYJS practice. You will have a real commitment to delivering high quality services and to working within the local community in partnership with other agencies to make Norfolk an even safer place to live. Safeguarding and managing risk are critical skills. You will need to be motivated and committed to working with our diverse staff group and communities. You will also be educated to degree level or hold a social work or other allied professional qualification together with experience of working in childcare or criminal justice.
