Operations Manager – Bicester Village

As Operations Manager, you are the backbone of the business. You will own all operational functions, ensuring the commercial leadership team can focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while you guarantee that everything runs efficiently, accurately and compliantly.


You will:

  • Lead inventory management, stock accuracy and loss prevention
  • Drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Oversee deliveries, replenishment and stock flow at flagship scale
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, audits and H&S standards
  • Manage scheduling, payroll processes and administrative controls
  • Partner with the Brand Leader and Assistant Store Manager to optimise store performance.

You’ll bring structure, clarity and resilience — balancing detail with commercial awareness.
