Project Manager – Fixed Term Contract
Location: Gloucester
Contract: Fixed Term – Mid April to Mid August
Hours: Full Time
Rate: £150 – £170 per day (depending on experience)
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our operations team on a fixed-term contract to support the delivery of a large-scale event. The role will focus on coordinating infrastructure, logistics and operational delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Working alongside an established operations team, you will manage multiple workstreams, liaise with contractors and stakeholders, and oversee the delivery of key site infrastructure and operational elements.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the operations team to support the successful delivery of a large-scale event
- Review and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and critical paths to ensure milestones are achieved
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control, ensuring value for money and appropriate approvals
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in event project management or operational delivery
- IOSH Health & Safety qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent health & safety certification
- Experience working on large-scale events, infrastructure projects or temporary site builds
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to build relationships at all levels
- Safety-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
