I am hiring for Oracle HCM Support Specialist
Location: Remote
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Functional and Technical areas).
- Expertise in HDL, Fast Formula, Payroll, and Time & Labour configurations.
- Experience supporting live services / production support environments.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL preferred).
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
