This role will require someone with a 'can do' attitude, a commercial approach and demonstrable attention to detail. The successful candidate will report tothe Operations Managerand must be hardworking, reliable, andpossessexcellent communication & inter-personal skills. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operationsteam
- Manage andmaintainaccuraterecords,reportsanddocumentation
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce spreadsheets,reportsandcorrespondence
- Maintain and update data within Business Central and SharePoint
- Coordinate job information,schedulesand operational paperwork
- Handle written and verbal communication with internal teams,clientsandsuppliers
- Support invoicing, jobtrackingand operational reporting
- Ensurehigh levelsof accuracy and attention to detail in alltasks
- Assistwith problem-solving and day-to-day operationalqueries
- Support continuous improvement of administrative and operationalprocesses
- Strong IT skills are essential for this role, including:
- Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to learn how to use financial and operational software packagese.g.Workpal
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated initiative andhigh levelsofenergy
