Description
Working for the Respiratory and Sleep Physiology Diagnostic team for the new CDC centres based at Northgate CDC, Offering the highest standards of customer care to patients and other service users, adhering to departmental guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and the Trust’s Values and Behaviours.
Delivering a high quality, efficient and responsive administration service, working for the Respiratory & Sleep teams to provide appointments to patients in accordance with the National 18 week Referral to Treatment (RTT) Standards and the 28 day Faster Diagnosis Standard.
To provide a booking service, working in partnership and liaising with Operational Managers, Business Support Managers, Secretaries, Clinicians and other outpatient colleagues to keep outpatient clinics utilised to optimum levels.
To provide a professional and efficient service to patients and service users.
To be responsible for booking, monitoring, organising and rescheduling outpatient appointments in accordance with RTT rules, escalating any capacity pressures or concerns to the Management Team.
