We're looking for an experienced Telephone Account Manager (TAM)

who will manage a designated account base to achieve activity, growth and customer satisfaction targets. This role is all about building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that make a real impact. You’ll navigate longer sales cycles, multi-stakeholder accounts, and evolving priorities with a strategic, consultative approach.

You’ll also identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, cross-sell relevant products and develop new business by understanding the market, the competition and what makes Rightmove Overseas a compelling choice for clients.

This role will be responsible for the Italy patch, so any additional language skills are a plus but not essential!

What You'll Do

• Develop long-term partnerships with key strategic accounts in the Overseas property sector, acting as their trusted point of contact.
• Prospect, generate and convert new accounts to achieve revenue and activity targets, navigating complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Understand client challenges, provide insights on market trends, and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.

Salary range

£32,000 - £37,000 GBP
