Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and people-centred People & Culture generalist to join our People & Culture Operations team at LEGO Digital Play.
This role will play a key part in building and delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting onboarding, people operations, policies, systems, processes, and day-to-day employee support across multiple regions. Working closely with the Director of People & Culture Operations, you will help shape scalable people practices and operational foundations as we continue to grow globally.

Build & Deliver Exceptional Employee Experiences
- Lead the delivery of exceptional employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding
- Act as a key point of contact for employee queries across all locations, providing guidance and support on people processes, policies, and day-to-day matters
- Partner closely with managers and People Partners to ensure consistent and positive employee experiences across the business
