• Manage social media campaigns and paid media performance
• Monitor profiles and ensure compliance with social media policies
• Generate engagement, analytics, and KPI performance reports
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and training for Hearsay users
• Maintain LinkedIn profiles, social media resources, and internal documentation
• Provide troubleshooting and support to sales teams on social media platforms
