As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll join a team of 8 paid media specialists within a full service creative agency of 56+ people. You’ll take ownership of medium to high-spend accounts, planning and optimising multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic and more. The role is hands-on and client-facing, involving weekly calls, performance reporting and supporting new business pitches, while working closely with our creative, content and strategy teams to deliver joined-up campaigns. You’ll manage advanced tracking setups, lead structured testing and mentor junior colleagues, all focused on driving measurable growth across most industries.
What you’ll do
- Plan, build and optimise multi-channel campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Microsoft, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Spotify & More!
- Manage budgets against clear ROAS, CPA or pipeline targets
- Structure and scale accounts for efficiency and growth
- Oversee advanced tracking including GTM, GA4, enhanced conversions and consent compliance
- Lead A/B testing across ad copy, creative, landing pages, audiences and bidding strategies
- Turn performance data into clear commercial insight that links results to revenue and business impact
- Run weekly client calls to report on performance and agree next steps
- Support new business pitches with paid media strategy, forecasts and channel recommendations
- Work closely with creative, content and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Brief high-performance creative into the studio with clear hypotheses and objectives
- Mentor junior team members and share best practice across the team
What essential skills will you need?
2–4 years’ hands-on experience in paid media
Proven track record managing medium to high-spend accounts
Strong numeracy and analytical skills with confidence in interpreting performance data and attribution
Commercial mindset focused on business outcomes, not just platform metrics
Confident ad copywriting skills that drive action
Clear communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, present performance, and build client trust
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools for analysis and forecasting
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
Detail-oriented and proactive in spotting opportunities for growth
Confident liaising directly with clients via email, video calls and face-to-face meetings
Solid understanding of social platforms and how creative drives performance
