Paid Media Manager

📍 London (Hybrid - 1–2 days per week in Central London)

💰 £42,000 – £50,000 + benefits


I’m currently working with a high-growth, award-winning independent media agency that is looking to hire a Paid Media Manager as they continue to expand their team in London.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a founder-led agency where you will have genuine influence over strategy, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in shaping how paid media campaigns are planned, activated and optimised across multiple channels.

The role offers strong exposure across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic, with opportunities to work across broader media channels including TV, Audio and OOH.


The Role


You will take ownership of planning and delivering cross-channel paid media campaigns, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive performance and strategic growth.


Key responsibilities include:


• Planning, activating and optimising paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search and Display

• Managing campaign performance, budgets and pacing against commercial KPIs

• Turning campaign data into clear insights and strategic recommendations

• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted media partner

• Supporting testing frameworks, innovation and new media opportunities

• Collaborating with senior leadership on media strategy and campaign development


What They’re Looking For


• Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and programmatic/display platforms

• Strong understanding of media planning, optimisation and campaign performance analysis

• Experience managing client relationships and presenting campaign performance

• A curious mindset with interest in media effectiveness, emerging tech and AI tools

• Agency experience within paid media, digital media or performance marketing
