The Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support performance growth across key markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop and apply skills across paid social, paid search, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis.
You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media activity across key digital channels, helping drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.
You’ll work closely with creative, digital, e-commerce, analytics, and localisation teams to ensure campaigns are well executed, market-relevant, and aligned with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the paid media strategy across priority markets
- Launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid channels
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make optimisation decisions based on KPIs
- Assist with testing new creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages to improve performance
- Work closely with creative teams to brief and develop high-performing ad assets
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and revenue
- Support market expansion by localising paid media activity for different regions and audiences
