As we continue to scale our search offering, we’re looking for a commercially sharp Paid Media Team Lead to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the primary Paid Search lead across a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You
will:
● Own Paid Search performance across up to five high-growth ecommerce
accounts
● Shape, oversee, and sign off channel strategy to drive measurable results
● Build and present proposals that unlock incremental growth opportunities
● Lead and quality-control all Paid Search execution and optimisation
● Mentor and develop junior Executives, setting clear standards and best
practices
● Ensure Nest’s testing methodologies and optimisation frameworks are
consistently applied
● Produce accurate spend and performance forecasts with commercial insight
● Work closely with Performance Directors to deliver best-in-class cross-
channel client outcomes
Candidate Experience
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
● Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads (Search, Shopping,
Performance Max, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads
● A solid understanding of ecommerce performance levers and optimisation
techniques
● Confidence managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
● Analytical, data-led thinking with the ability to translate insights into action
● Excellent communication skills and comfort leading client conversations
● Experience mentoring or developing junior team members
● A proactive, curious mindset - always looking for smarter, faster, more
effective solutions
