Overview
Your Role as Paid Social Director
As the Paid Social Director for H&M, you will have senior strategic, operational and activation ownership of paid social across H&M’s largest global region. You will be responsible for defining the regional vision for paid social and driving best in class performance at scale.
You will lead a London based team of three Paid Social specialists, supported by delivery and activation resources in PGD India, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear ways of working, and consistently high standards across strategy, execution, and reporting.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and commercial accountability, with responsibility for translating H&M’s brand and business objectives into impactful, full funnel paid social programmes across multiple markets.

- Own and lead the regional paid social activation and strategy for H&M’s largest region, aligning local execution with global frameworks while responding to regional business priorities.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience leading largescale paid social accounts, ideally within retail or fashion and across multiple markets.
- Proven experience operating at director level, owning strategy, investment, and senior client relationships.
- Strong peoplemanagement experience, including leading onshore teams and offshore delivery models.
- Deep expertise across major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) with a fullfunnel mindset, with a focus on performance campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in forecasting, performance evaluation, and strategic investment decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative, solutions focused leadership style and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
