Overview
What will you be doing?
The client is Mars, a recent client win for Starcom, the account is focused on the Veterinary Health division of the brand. It is set to be incredibly dynamic to deliver on performance objectives of appointment bookings, lead generation and traffic to its consumer and B2B audience. Activity runs across Search and Social channels across the EU region. The role of the Social Manager requires a highly motivated & technical person to lead day-to-day strategic management across the portfolio’s business, overseeing Social strategy development and execution whilst simultaneously delivering immaculate client service. This individual will work on managing the activation across Social platforms, mainly Meta. You will be reporting into an Account Director and manage an account executive in India.
We are looking for an experienced Manager, to lead the strategic and tactical execution of the Mars Vet Health campaigns. The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Biddable and Social demands a mix of analytical and creative skills in order to drive results across our client portfolios. Experience in managing Social, especially Meta campaigns is essential, particularly with a focus on performance. People management experience is desired.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the digital industry and technology, especially across Social Media. They will be interested in understanding how consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products and services; and in how technology can enable brands to engage with and influence this behavior. The individual will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results-driven. They will be ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within their accounts and be eager to share their knowledge with the wider team and be an effective mentor and role model to their team.
