Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a hard-working, positive, and organised individual to join our London team as a Paid Social Strategist. If you love fast-paced environments and performance-driven creativity, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and TikTok Shop
- Collaborate with creatives to ideate, brief, and iterate high-performing ad content
- Run structured testing across copy, hooks, angles, and landing pages
- Analyse campaign data, optimise ROAS, and drive continual experimentation
- Own and execute the full acquisition funnel (prospecting + retargeting)
- Crack paid social for a low AOV (£20–£25), low LTV consumer goods business, ensuring Meta campaigns are profitable on first purchase despite tight margins
What We Are Looking For
You should be confident suggesting bold new ideas and taking ownership of both execution and performance. We want someone resourceful, proactive, and sharp on strategy and detail.
Required:
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid social fundamentals: creative testing, funnel strategy, budget pacing, and attribution
- Ability to make paid social campaigns profitable on the first purchase, taking into account tight profit margins, low average order value and minimal customer lifetime value
Desirable:
- Experience with TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop Ads
- Experience working with e-commerce or consumer goods brands
