The Role:
As Palo Alto Support Engineer, the primary value of this role is to act as an escalation point for the day-to-day BAU operations and facilitating all aspects of remote and on-site solution support, advice, and consultation from fault resolution to system enhancements. You will also have the opportunity to work on client projects on an ADHOC basis to ensure client deliverables are being met.
This role necessitates a professional manner and strong technical acumen to reassure clients whilst demonstrating an uncompromising level of commitment to resolving the issues within the timeframe of the Service Level Agreement.
