Description
We are a team of people who love and look after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world and our ambition is to be a charity for everyone, starting from our own employees.

With this in mind, we are developing a wider program of apprenticeships, paid internships, and scholarships, and we are now looking to recruit a Level 3 Paralegal Apprentice, at the end of which you will receive a Certificate of Higher Education (Law and Legal Practice).

Your time will be divided between attending classes on relevant subjects and practical experience in the workplace which will include:

  • Assisting with general administration
  • Checking and using standard templates such as NDAs and other basic contracts
  • Preparing variation agreements
  • Collecting electronic signatures
  • Updating and maintaining contract databases

As you progress, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in reviewing more complex template agreements, assist with contract management for larger projects, and participate in policy review.

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, has good attention to details, and, due to the nature of the role, who can recognise the importance of confidentiality and data protection requirements as they will be handling potentially confidential or sensitive data from time to time. You will also need good communication skills and the ability to manage your time and workload.

Requirements

More than anything we are looking for potential, but, as this Apprenticeship starts at level 3 we do have a few eligibility requirements:

  • You must be 18 years old or over on 2nd September 2026.
  • Live in UK (resident in country role is based).
  • You must not have completed a degree or equivalent level qualification in the UK or elsewhere and not already be in full-time education.
  • You must have a minimum of three A-Levels (96 UCAS points), and Five GCSEs at grade C (or 4) or above, including English and mathematics (or equivalent)
