Job Responsibilities
- Acting as a key liaison with investment banks
- Drafting deal documents from precedents
- Preparing listing documents and liaising with local jurisdiction bodies
- Reviewing standard transaction documents from counsel
- Managing transaction timelines, signings, and closings
- Maintaining a database of transactions and producing monthly deal flow reports
- Monitoring receivables and assisting with post-completion processes
Candidates will ideally have at least one year of relevant transactional experience gained at a US, Magic Circle, or elite City law firm, or within an investment bank.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
