________________________________________What you’ll doYou will support fee earners across a broad range of UK private client matters. Your work will help to ensure that matters progress smoothly, deadlines are met, and clients receive a professional and responsive service.In this role, you’ll:

• Provide paralegal support across a broad range of private client matters including wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration.

Draft routine legal documents and correspondence under supervision.

Liaise with clients, families, executors, trustees, financial advisers and other professional contacts.

Conduct legal research as required to support matters.

Support fee-earners with general administrative and client-facing tasks.

Maintain accurate case files and manage documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

________________________________________What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a paralegal is highly desirable but not essential.
• A proven track record of providing high-quality administration support within a legal/professional services environment.
• Previous experience in Private Client matters is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong Word, Excel, Case Management, PDF docs and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
• Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical).
• The desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly team.

Located within a commutable distance of Exeter and comfortable with regular office attendance.
