This is a permanent contract, working 21.6 hours per week, Monday - Wednesday based in our Newcastle office.
Please note – Bessie Surtees House is a 17th Century wooden framed 5 floor building with steep staircases and no lift. Due to the nature of this position you will be required daily to access all levels to undertake this role. What you will be doing
As our Facilities Assistant, you will provide day-to-day operational facilities management services to Historic England colleagues and visitors in this front facing customer-focused role. You will ensure the facilities are safe, clean, well-stocked, suitably maintained, well presented and comfortable at all times. You will ensure a consistent approach to FM is applied, that colleagues can expect as the standard.
