Band 4 £28,392 - £31,157 Per annum, pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Patient Pathway Coordinator (PPC) to join the established Cancer Services administrative team. This is a busy role providing support to the oncology clinicians and the successful applicant will be a team players with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to deliver a patient focused, high quality, efficient administrative service.

To be the point of contact for all patients issues relating to their pathway of care, both for inpatients and outpatients.
To work as part of a multidisciplinary team for the Cancer and Haematology (CSU), supporting the business and operational management of the CSU.
To provide expertise in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly.
To ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focussed and knowledgeable point of contact.
To provide a consistent approach across the Trust, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) will describe how the functions of this role will be carried out along with the timescales to which are to be adhered.
Provide comprehensive secretarial/PA support to consultants and clinical teams within the CSU.
