Patient Services Team Member | Administration | Manchester | Full time | 37.5 hours | Permanent | £23,907 per annum
Spire Manchester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Patient Services team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Hours: V
arious shifts across Monday - Sunday between 6:30 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Contract Type: Permanent
Acting as a Spire Ambassador, as Patient Services Administrator you will be delivering a high quality patient experience to the private enquiry process, demonstrating Spire behaviours across each transaction
Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicating effectively, positively and professionally with our prospects and customers to help them make an informed decision about having a clinical consultation with a view to having a procedure at our hospital
- Collating and preparing patient case-notes ready for the pre assessment nursing team
- Maintaining departmental electronic and manual filing systems accurately in line with GDPR
- Ensuring the provision and maintenance of an efficient patient administration service within the hospital
- Providing information to patients, consultants and other relevant departments in a timely and courteous manner
What We're Looking For
- Experience of face to face customer/patient interaction
- Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
- Exceptional phone manner
- Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Enthusiastic and energetic professional
