Location: London, UK / Birkirkara, Malta - Hybrid
Working Patterns: This is a part-time role of approximately 3 days per week. We're happy to discuss flexible working patterns to suit your needs.

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:
To manage end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration across our global locations (Sri Lanka, UK, Malta, Ireland, EOR), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery whilst supporting the Finance and People Operations teams. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all payroll and benefits matters, maintaining data integrity across systems and providing clear communication to employees and stakeholders.
