A global organisation operating in the technology sector is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead its EMEA payroll operations.

The client is searching for a hands-on Payroll Manager who enjoys ownership, thrives in complexity, and wants to shape how payroll is delivered across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking full ownership of end‑to‑end payroll operations across EMEA
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and the accurate, timely delivery of payroll
• Managing payroll liabilities and ensuring all taxes and related payments are submitted on time
• Serving as the primary escalation point for EMEA payroll matters
• Leading payroll system implementations, upgrades, and migration projects
• Reviewing and approving payroll outputs, bank files, and statutory submissions
• Collaborating with Finance on reconciliations, audits, and SOX compliance activities
• Overseeing the processing of employee expenses
• Coaching, developing, and supporting payroll team members

Skills and experience required:

• Proven Payroll Manager experience, working across EMEA
• Ideally, Payroll system migration or implementation experience
• Solid knowledge of EMEA payroll compliance
• Advanced Excel skills
