Leeds Student Medical Practice and The Light Surgery Primary Care Network (LSMP & TLS PCN Ltd) are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Clinical Pharmacist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and innovative multidisciplinary team, working alongside the PCN Senior Clinical Pharmacist, the established pharmacy team and PCN Clinical Directors. The role offers significant involvement in direct patient care, with a focus on structured medication reviews and medicines optimisation. While experience in primary care and service development is desirable, it is not essential. The successful candidate will be supported to complete the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway if not already undertaken, with dedicated mentoring from the Senior Clinical Pharmacist and GPs. Support will also be provided for those wishing to pursue Independent Prescribing (IP) qualifications following completion of CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway.
