People Data Administrator| Manchester| FT| Permanent
As a People Data Administrator you will m anage user access controls monthly and set up new users with the right first time relevant access. You will work with colleagues in IT to triage tickets and testing of new/enhancements/upgrades before they go to the respective teams within People Shared Services for end user testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the people data in Oracle HCM, run regular audits, cleansing data to ensure data integrity.
- Testing of new/enhancements/upgrades before they go to the respective teams within People Shared Services for end user testing.
- Manage all access controls for all people systems, cleansing these monthly.
- Running regular data reports for the business, identifying issues and passing to the relevant team to investigate and correct.
- Ensure that all data is stored and shared in a safe way, adhering to the General Data Protection Regulations.
- Manage position management, assist with bulk uploads, annual salary review data upload and letter production and other administrative tasks in Oracle.
- Working closely with the Oracle IT team and other IT teams to maximise the use of technology, automation and GenAI across the People platforms.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a similar sized and faced paced organisation
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.
- Analytical and detail oriented, ability to produce data is pivot tables, making it easy for end user visualisation .
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI and Oracle HCM
- Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions.
