What You Would Get To Do
The People Coordinator is responsible for efficiently and effectively executing the processes and tasks required to deliver an excellent employee experience
The scope of the role is to support the local region and to take on broader regional responsibilities as directed. Ensuring collaboration with the wider global team and providing occasional support where needed. Work should be appropriately prioritized, completed on time and delivered with a strong customer focus.
Please note this is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Your Contributions
Effective administration and coordination
- Execute all procedures relating to onboarding, employment changes and offboarding in an accurate and timely manner
- Draft letters and documentation to issue to employees
- Communicate in a positive and clear way with stakeholders, ensuring all interactions contribute to an excellent employee experience
- Review and respond to queries in the People Inbox regularly and in line with agreed timeframes.. Ensure that all messages are answered or escalated to appropriate contacts, providing updates on any likely delays
