We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager who will help us nurture this environment and ensure that our team of 50 has the support, structure and opportunities they need to thrive.
Role Overview
Reporting to the CEO, the People & Culture Manager plays a key role in shaping and supporting the teams that power Influence Digital.
You will lead and deliver our People & Culture strategy, helping us continue to build a collaborative, values-driven agency where people can do their best work. Working closely with the senior management team, you will translate people strategy into practical processes and ways of working that drive performance, engagement and growth across the agency.
Influence Digital is a fast-paced, creative environment, so we’re looking for someone who brings both clarity and adaptability to the role. You’ll be people-centred, practical and solutions-focused, with the experience to advise senior stakeholders and the attention to detail needed to deliver high-quality HR practices. With a collaborative and proactive mindset, you’ll help ensure our people experience reflects our core values, while supporting the continued growth of both our team and the agency.
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be in the office at our London HQ in Shoreditch on a regular basis.
