FTC 12-month role: People Partner

Make a real impact. Help shape our people strategy. Support our leaders.

We’re looking for an experienced and forward thinking People Partner to join our People Services team. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive our business strategy, build capability across the organisation, and ensure the people impact of change is planned and delivered effectively.

You’ll play a key part in embedding our People Strategy, providing expert coaching, guidance and insight, and helping create a culture where our people can thrive.


What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that power business performance.
  • Coach leaders to raise the bar on people management, embedding consistency, confidence and best‑practice.
  • Lead on complex ER cases, offering clear, pragmatic solutions that balance commercial needs with legal risk.
  • Drive high‑impact HR projects and influence Board‑level decisions with data, insight and bold recommendations.
  • Own core people cycles—performance, development, talent and reward—to build capability for the future.
  • Lead workforce planning and support the hiring of critical talent to keep the business ahead.
  • Equip leaders to create high‑engagement cultures tailored to their teams and priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships and steer people plans through periods of change and transformation.
  • Turn data into action, spotting trends and shaping proactive people strategies.
  • Oversee reward and performance cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency and business alignment.
  • Champion continuous improvement and help evolve our HR systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Act as a visible advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and help create an environment where everyone thrives.
