This is a senior, high-impact role partnering with Corporate Functions to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness and cultural alignment.Based in Birmingham, the role requires 2-3 days onsite each week (ideally Tuesday to Thursday). This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, inside IR35, paying £523 per day.
Description
You will work closely with senior leaders across Corporate Functions to shape and deliver a forward‑looking people agenda. You'll act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision‑making, supporting transformation initiatives and helping leaders build high‑performing teams.
- Partner with Corporate Function leaders to define and execute the people strategy
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design and talent initiatives
- Support transformation activity, including M&A, TUPE, and cultural change
- Drive performance, leadership development, and succession planning
- Use data and insights to shape decision‑making and measure impact
- Play a key role in organisational effectiveness across G&A / corporate teams
Profile
- Proven experience as a senior HRBP or Strategic People Partner in fast‑paced, complex environments
- Strong influencing skills with experience partnering at C‑Suite level
- Experience within technology environments or PE-backed organisations
- Commercial, strategic, and able to operate as a true partner
- Experienced in change, restructures, and M&A/TUPE
- Personable, pragmatic, and able to build trust quickly
