People Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Culture and Change Team on a 12-month fixed term basis as a People Project Manager. This is a key role that will work in partnership with the People Leadership Team to deliver the People Strategy through People Project Plans. Flex@QBE means that we only ask people to come into the office for the moments that matter. Our preference is to have someone based within commutable distance of Leeds for this role but may be open to conversations with candidates based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, or directly support, people programmes and projects [including Transformations] in order to facilitate their successful initiation, delivery and implementation and co-ordinate reporting and analysis through monitoring progress, identifying and highlighting risks and recommending appropriate action.

Your New Role
- Manage People related projects (i.e. Org Design (OD) Transformations, Benefits reviews, Payroll changes) as per the agreed prioritisation with the Head of People Portfolio, to delivery within agreed timeframes, scope and budget with effective stakeholder engagement throughout
