We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused People Team Administrator to take ownership of our recruitment and onboarding coordination, ensuring a professional, efficient and engaging experience for every candidate and new starter. Alongside this, you’ll support wider People administration and employee relations activity, contributing to a high-performing and positive workplace.
Our People Team has also been recognised with the Silver Award at the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards for our onboarding programme, and Highly Commended for Skills and Development at the Motor Trader Industry Awards. This role plays a key part in those initiatives, offering genuine opportunity to contribute ideas, add value and take pride in shaping how we do things.
